I was attended to by Phenia (kulima tower branch), made an order of King combo, burger and 8 winglets, to my surprise she punched double king combo , i didnt check the receipt there n then as i was so hungry, to make matters worse i stood on the waiting queue for 40-50 mins, others found me and left, i inquired n was told my burger is still being made, i got so upset n went to sit on the table ,some guy saw i was upset, he went behind and asked someone to do it fast. I managed to get my food unfortunately forgot my two drinks on the table(though i blame myself for that)... When i reached home, i was shocked to see double king combo, burger and no wings...i always buy winglets from that branch, actually its the winglets that made me stick to hungrylion....am disapointed that my wings werent backed and i know even if i went back, no one would believe me. Kindly advise your workers to be attentive to detail..
